W~tS:.~EAS, a petition has been filed 'with the City Council of
the City of Bremerton asking that Poplar Street be vacated.
N~, T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that a
~earinw shall be had on the ~day of May, 1962, in the Council
Cha~nbers of the Bremerton City Hall, in the City of Bremerton,
at thc ]:'~o~ of !0:00 a.~. DST, to determine whether or not Pop].ar
Street, located in the third addition to Sheridan Park should be
vacated; and that the City Clerk shall give notice of said
hearing by posting in t~ee of the most public places in the City
of Bre:~erton and in a conspicuous place upon said street to be
vacated, a copy of said notice; and, in addition thereto, the
City Clerk, not less than fifteen days before the 3~ day of
May, 1962, shall send a copy of said notice to the ~ners or
reputed ~ners of all lots, tracts or parcels of land abutting
upon said street as shown by the records of the County Treasurer
an6. directed to the addresses thereon shown.
PASSED ~ ~PROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this ~ day of M~y, 1962.
