RESOLVED, that the funds of the CEMETERY PERPETUAL

~ashington, be and the s~e are hereby authorized to be added
to or paid into a savings account in FEST FEDE~L SAVINGS ~D
~ ASSOC~TION OF B~ERTON, ~INGTON,
and that said institution ce ano it is hereby authorized to
pay withdrawals, ~til further written notice to it signed in
the n~e of the City of Bremerton by its Nayor and attested
by its City Clsrk, by the City Treasurer whose sidnat~e ap-
pears below. Said institution is authorized to supply any en-
dorsement for the ~dersigned on any check or other instr~ent
tendered for this acco~ and it is hereby relieved of any
liability in connection with collection of such items which
are handled by it in accordance with customary banking prac-
tice an~ it shall not be liable for the acts of banks serving
as its agents, sub-agents or others or for any casualty. With-
drawals may not be made on accost of such items ~til collect-
ed, and any ~ount not collected may be charged back to this
account, including expense incited, and any other outside
expense incurred on accost of this account may be charged to
it.
