WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is the lessee of the harbor
area in front of first street, as shown by the 1958 Supplemental
Map of Bremerton Tide Lands.
AND WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has demolished the dock
fronting on first street.
AND WHEREAS, the Bremerton Port Commission has indicated its
willingness to construct a new and modern dock at the foot of
first street for the betterment of Kitsap County.
NOW, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton that the City of Bremerton assigns all its
interest in street lease No. 1687 to the Port Commission.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk
be authorized to execute the assignment of said lease.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
