McGOWAN, CITY CLERK 1! ~ ~I%MEI~TO~,~. WA~IIINGTON 9 '~:; ] 0 November 13, lq¢3 Mr. Roy A. Holland Attorney at Law Bremer Building Bremerton, Washington Re: Estate of Angie W'. Harrison Dear Roy: We are now in the process of closing the above estate. In Mrs. Harrison's Will she directed that sufficient funds be deposited with the city to insure perpetual care of the grave site for herself and Mr. Harrison. The entire grave site is covered by a mausoleum above the ground so that the only public care or maintenance that would be required would be from vandalism or deterioration of a highly improbable nature. The city commissioners have agreed that if we would recommend to the court they deposit $1000 in a special fund for this purpose with the city that this would suffice and that they would be willing to agree on this basis upon your approval as to legality. Very truly yours, Jam~. ~rthur JOA: js 01963
