TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST
FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGHWAYS TO PERFORM CERTAIN WORM

Before the City Council of 8remer~on, Washington
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Councii that the Director of
Highways is authorized and directed to
Provide the tasting of materiais and inspection of Precast Concrete
Girders at the Plant of Concrete Technology at Tacoma, Washington
to the amount of SIXTY-ONE OOLLARS ANO FIFTY ONE CENTS ($61.51> Doiiars,
and
Authorization is hereby granted for the withholding from the monthly fuel tax
aliotments to the above specified sum, being an amount not in excess of the money
reasonabiy anticipated to accrue to the credit of the City of
8remerton in the Motor Vehicle Fund during the Current
biennium: and
Upon completion of the aforesaid work, and a statement of cost having been
furnished the City of 8remerton of the cost of ail labor, equipment,
material, supplies, and engineering, authorization is made to effect reimburse-
ment to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost from ~he funds with-
held, however, not to exceed the above specified sum with any unexpended balance
to be released to the City of 8remerton and to be included in the next
succeeding warrant covering f~el tax ailotments; ali in accordance with
RCW ~?.08.090.
