SA12-62S~ is being made by the Street .Department, and
~qEREAS an emergency appropriation in the amount of $75,000.00 has been
made in the Arterial Street Fund in order to complete the entire pro-
ject in the 1963 budget year, aud
~J~AS it is required that 25% of the total expenditures from the
Arterial Street Fund be appropriated from city funds, s_ud
¥.~EPF~S, the City Street Fund budget contemplated receipts of
$50,000.00 from the ArteC_al Street Fund for this work, and this amomut
has been exceeded by $7,126.92 for work done thru Nay 31st, and such
excess receipts for work done through July will be more than required
for matching purposes,
THER~FORE BE IT RESOLVED that excess receipts in the amount of
$18~750.OO be, and they hereby are, appropriated in the Street B~dget
to the item "~,~tching - Arterial Street Fund", and
BE IT FURTH~.::RESOLV~D that the sum of $500.00 in excess receipts
in the Street Fund be appropriated for interest on registered war-
rants, Arterial Street ~imd.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the 2~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 31s~ day of jUly, 1963.
