Inspect the manufacture of Prestressed Girders for the City of 8remerton,
Callow 'Avenue, 11~ Street Highem¥ Project, ~yccff Avenue Underpass.
Inspection to be st plant of Concrete Technology Corporation, Tacoma,
~ashington.
to the amount of ?~ ~-nd~ad ........ ($_.~) Dollars,
and
Authorization is hereby granted for the withholding from the monthly i~zel tax
allotments to the above specified sum, being an amount not in excess of the money
reasonably anticipated to accrue to the credit of the r.~tu of

Upon completion of the aforesaid work~ and a statement of cost having been fur-
