WHEREA~, THE petition signed by the owners of more than
seventy-five per cent (75%) of the assessed valuation of the prop-
erty therein described has been filed with the City of Bremerton,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton that a public hearing will be held upon said
petition on Wednesday, the 22nd day of May, 1963, at the hour of
ten a.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Bremerton, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to publish notice of said hearing and to post three
copies of said notice within the property desiring to be annexed.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of ~remerton, signed
by the Mayor and atteste~ to by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~~. day of April, 1963.
