TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST
FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIC~T~'AYS TO ~O~M CERTAIN WORK

Before the City Council ..... of B~m~n ... , Washington
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City Cq~il .... . that the Director
of Highways is authorized and directed to check the plans and specifications of the
proposed overpass at Wycoff Avenne and Eleventh Street, Ci%y of Bremerton. Plans
will be checked to determine sufficiency of designe
to the amount of Thre.e .Hu~dred ....... ($, 0OeO0 , ) Donars,
and
Authorization is hereby granted for the withholding from the month2Y f~el tax
allotments to the above specified sum, being an amount not in excess of the money
reasonab2y anticipated to accrue to the credit of the City of
~ Br~m~r~on . .. in the Motor Vehicle Fund during' t~e current bienni-
um; and
Upon completion of the aforesaid work, and a statement of cost having been f~r-
nished the ¢it~ . of Bremerton ..... of the cost of all labor~
equipment~ material, Supplies, and engineering~ a~thOrization is made to effect re-
imbursement to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost from the funds
withheld; however, not to exceed the above specified sum with ar~ unexpended balance
to be released to the Ci$~ of Bremer~n. . ~ and to be included
in the next succeeding warrant covering fuel tax allotments; ~all in accordance with
RCW 47~O8.090.
