HomeMy WebLinkAbout1204 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1157 the City of Bremerton
adopted a comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years,
pursuant to Chapter 195, laws of 1961, and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is convinced through fur-
ther study of said program, that it should be amended by adding
thereto the improvement of Pacific Avenue, from Sixth Street to
Burwell Street, and
WHEREA~, the City Council of the City of Bremerton, the
legislative body of said City,. held a public hearing on the proposed
amendment to said comprehensive plan, at the City Hall of the City
of Bremerton at 10:00 a.m. PST on the 30th day of January, 1963,
and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written objections to the
proposed amendment to the said comprehensive plan, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton that the comprehensive plan adopted by Resolution No. 1157
be amended by adding thereto the improvement of Pacific Avenue,
from Sixth Street to Burwell Street; and, that said amendment to-
gether with said comprehensive plan, be and the same, is hereby
· adopted as the street program for the ensuing six years within the
City of Bremerton; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two copies of said amendment
to said comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years,
together with two copies of this resolution be filed with the Director
of Highways of the State of Washington.
PASS-ED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 30th day of January, 1963.
