erton that all sums provided in the budget for the year 1962 which
remain unexpended on January 20, 1963,. shall be abandoned on said
date, except the following ~which shall remain in full force and
effect and shall be held available during the year 1963, unless
hereafter specifically abandoned:

PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
