Before the City-Council of Bremerton~ Washington
IT iS i-~HEBY itE$OLVED, by the City Council that the Director of Highways is
authorized and directed to
Inspect the manufacture of i:restressed Girders for the City of Bremerton,
Callc~v Avenue~ llth Street Highway Project~ '.'~ycoff Avenue Underpass.
Imspection to be at plant of Concrete Technology Corporation, Tacoma,
bashington.
to the amount of Thirty and 70/100 (?3 .70) Dollars~ and
Authorization is hereby granted for the ~'~ithholding from the monthly fuel tax
allotments to the above specified sum, bering an amo~mt not in excess of the money
reasonably anticipated to accrue to the credit of the City of Bremerton iu the
~[otor Vehicle ]Fund during the current biennium; and
Upon completion of the aforesaid work, and a statement of cost having been fur-
nished the Cit~? of Bremerton of the cost of all labor~ equipment, material,
sup~lies, and engineering~ authorization is made to effect reimbursement to the
Department of l-Iigb~va~ in the amount of such cost from the funds withheld, however~
not to exceed the above specified sum v~th any unexpended balance to be released
to Vhe City of Bremerton and to be included in the next succeeding warrant covering
fuel tax allotments; all in accordance with RCYf h7.O8.090.
