V~ashin~on, be and ~he s~e are hereby authorized ~o be added
to or paid into a savin~s accoun~ in ~GR~ FIRST FEDE~L SAVINGS
and that said institution ge ant. it is hereby authorized to
pay withdrawals, ~til further written notice to it signed in
the n~e of the City of Bremerton by its Mayor and attested
by its City Cl~rk, by the City Treasurer whose si&nature ap-
pears below. Said institution is authorized to supply any en-
dorsement for the ~dersigned on any check or other instr~ent
tendered for this accost and it is hereby relieved of any
liability in connection with collection of such items which
are handled by it in accordance with customary banking prac-
tice and it shall not be liable for the acts of banks serving
as its agents, sub-agents or others or for any casualty. With-
drawals may not be made on accost of such items until collect-
ed, and any ~o~t not collected may be charged back to this
account, including e~pense inc~red, and any other outside
expense incurred on account of this accost may be charged to
it.
