opened and kept with the said bank for this Corporation under the follo~ng designation or d~ignations:

regard to any notation or memorandum made upon said checks or orders.

corporation or any of said officers or agents, all checks or orders payable to this Co~oration, either as payee or endorsee, when said
checks or orders are so made pay~le by endorsement executed in the same manner as provided in paragraph 2 for signing checks or
orden.
4. That this ~oration is bound by the R~es and Regulations governing Checking Accounts of said bank (receipt of a copy of w~ch is
hereby acknowledged) and by any changes, modifications or additions thereto, which Rules and Regulations are posted at all times in
the lobby of said bank.
5. That said office~ and/or agents are authorized to transact any other business with said bank incidental to the powers herein~ove
granted.
6.That there shall be no obligation on the pan of said bank to see to the application of fun~s in any case whatever.
7. That the foregoing authorizations, and each of them, shall be continuing ones and shall not be exhausted by their exerci~ but shM1
remain in e~ect until revoked by a r~olution of the Board of Directors of this Corporation and until a ce~ified copy of such revoking
resolution has been received by said bank.
8.That aH prior r~olutions relating to any of the above matters be, and are hereby, revoked.
