therewith, has been completed and the assessment roll £or Local Improvement
District No. 292, providing for the assessments for said improvements has been
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Br~mertonm
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Wednesday, the 15th day of April, 196~,
at lOgO0 A.?~,, PeS.T., of said day, at the Council Chambers~ City Hall, Bremerton,
Washington, be and the same is hereby £ixed as the time and place of the hearing
upon said roll and,
BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing by publishing
notice o£ hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the last
publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date o£ said
hearing and shall ~rther, give notice of said hearing by mailing a notice at
least 15 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners o£ the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
address o£ such owners as shown on the tax rolls o£ the County Treasurere
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roll shall do so by
Filing written objections with the City Clerk on or prior to the date set for
hearing.
