WHl~R~J~S there was deeded to the City o£ l~re~erton0 ~
portion of a recreation area by the Federal Housing Authority
which has meen commonly known as LEBO FIELD, and
WHEREAS this area has never been offiuially or formally
named by the Cit~~ of Bremerton, and
WHEREAS the Lion's Club of the City of Bremerton has
adopued as its primary program, the improvement a~d establish-
ment of this area as a playfield, and
WHEREAS its members have contributed much time and ~noney
towards the accomplishment of this project, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
that the area commonly known as LEBO FIELD be and the same is
hereby named LION'S PLAYFIELD.
PASSED kmf the City Council of the City of Bremerton, sign~
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ../~..~ day of M, rch, 1964.
