BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton that it intends, on its own motion, to rezone the following
describe~ property located at the intersection of llth StE~eet and Park
Avenue from Business to Residential-one (R-i), to-wit=
NW Corner llth and Park
Part of Lot 1, Block l~Warren Smith Acre Tracts, described
as follows= Beginning at the Northwest corner of llth St. and
Park Ave. ~ thence North 83 feet~ thence West 116.67 feet~
thence South 83 feet~ thence East 116.67 feet to the point
of beginning.
SE Corner llth and Park
Part of Govt. lot 2, Section 13 T24NR1EWM described as
follows= Beginning at the Southeast corner of llth st. and
Park Ave.~ thence East 107 feet~ thence South 69.50 feet~
thence West 107 feet~ thence North 69.50 feet to the point
of beginning.
SW Corner llth and Park
Lot 1, except the North 5 feet thereof and all of lot 2, and
the North 10 feet of lot 3, Jacobson's First A~dition to
Br emer t on.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing shall be
had before the City Council of the City of B=emerton on Wednesday, the
~'~ day of-~zZ~-~'~'~'-y, 1964, at the hour of 7=30 P.M. in the City Council
Chambers at the Bremerton City Hall and all persons interested therein
are requested to be present.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby ~irecte~ to .publish Notice of sai~ hearing in the Bremerton Sun
once each week~commenc£ng not later than the ~ ~a¥ of Pe~, 1964,
and to m~il a copy of the Notice of Hearing to the owners or reputed
owners of sai~ property as shown by the records of the County Treasurer.

signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
