RESOLVED, that the funds of the Employees Retirement

to or paid into a savings account in Port ~¢eles S~vin~ & ~

and that said institution oe an~ it is hereby authorized to
pay withdrawals, ~til further written notice to it signed in
the n~e of the City of Bremerton by its Nayor and attested
by its City Cl~rk, by the City Treasurer whose siLnature ap-
pears below. Said institution is authorized to supply any en-
dorsement for ~he ~dersigned on an~ check or other instr~ent
tendered for this accost and it is hereby relieved of any
liability in connection with collection of such items which
are handled by it in accordance with customary banking prac-
tice and it shall not 'be liable for the acts of banks serving
as its agents, sub-agents or others or for any casualty. With-
drawals may no~ be made on accost of such items ~til collect-
ed, and any ~o~t not collected may be charged back to this
account, including expense incurred, and any other outside
expense incurred on accost of this account may be charged to
it.
