by the construction of drainage structures, sewer connections, base course and
bituminous paving, and the doing of any and all other work in connection ther¢-
with~ has been completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement
District No. 292, providing for the assessments for said improvements has been
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~ that Wednesday, the 2hth day of February 1965,
at I0:00 A. M., P. S. T.~ of said day~ at the Council Chambers, City Hall~
Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place
of the hearing upon said roll and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOL~ that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing by puDlishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the last
publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing and shall further~ give notice of said hearing by mailing a notice at
least 15 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
~ddress of such owners as shown on the tax ~olls o£ the County Treasurer.
Ali persons who may desire to object to said assessment loll shall do so by
filing written objections with the City Clerk on or prSsr to the date set for
hearing.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
