RESOLVED, that the funds of the Firemen$ Pension Fund

to or paid into a savings account in Port Angeles Federal
Savin~s ~nd Loan
and ~ha~ said institution ce an~ i~ is hereby authorized
pay withdrawals, ~til fur~he~ written notice to it si~ned in
the n~e of the City of Bremer~on by i~s Mayor and a~ested
by i~s City Ciork, by the City Treasurer whose sijna~ure ap-
pears below. Said institution is authorized ~o supply any eh-
dorsemen~ for ~he ~dersi~ned on an2 chec~ or other ins~r~en~
tendered for this accost and it is here~y relieved of any
liability in connection with collection of such i~ems which
are hsndled by it in accordance wi~h customary bankin~ prac-
rice and it shall no~ ~e liable for the acts of banks serving
~s its a~ents, sub-a~en~s or others or for ~ny casualty. V~i~h-
drawals may no~ ~e m~de on accost of such i~ems until collect-
ed, and any ~o~t not collected may be charged back to this
account, lncludin~ expense incited, and any o~Her outside
expense incurred on accoun~ of this accost may be char~ed
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
