WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the City Council of the
City of Bremerton asking that streets and portions of streets as here-
inafter described be vacated, and
WHEREAS, said Petitioner, CARL E. AABERG, represents 100% of the
abutting ownership upon said streets and alleys sought to be vacated
and the public interest will be served by vacating said streets and
alleys and portion thereof as hereinafter described:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that a hearing
shall be had on the 9th day of November, 1966, in the Council Chambers
of the Bremerton City Hall, in the City of Bremerton, at the hour of
10:00 o'clock A.M., to determine whether or not the following descrlbed
streets, alleys and portions thereof should be vacated, to-wit:
That portion of a street known as Bay View, Lots 7, 8, 9,
10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, Block 10, and Lots 15,
16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block 8, all in National City,
records of Kitsap County, Washington, situate in Kitsap
County, Washington,
and that the City Clerk shall give notice of said hearing by posting
in three of the most public places in the City of Bremerton and in a
conspicuous place upon each of the avenues, streets and alleys to be
vacated, a copy of said notice.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
