City of Bremerton and contiguous thereto was duly and regularly annexed
to and incorporated within the corporate limits of the City of Bremerton
by Ordinance No. 2641, and
WHEREAS, a portion thereof more fully described as follows:
The southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the northeast
quarter Section 12, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., EXCEPT
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACTS:
Beginning at the SouthWeSt corner of the West half of the Southeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said
Section; thence N 2002'10'' E 30 feet to the northline of Sheridan
Read and the True Point of Beginning; thence along said North line
S 88053'48'' E 130 feet; thence N 2°02'10"E 135 feet; thence N 88°
53'48" W 130 feet; thence S 2°02'10" W 135 feet to the true point
of beginning, also except the North 30 feet of Sheridan Road
abutting the above exception; ALSO EXCEPT:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the east half of the Southeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said
section; thence N 88°50'18'' W 30 feet to the west line of Perry
Avenue thence along said west line S 2002'55'' W 30 feet to the
True Point of Beginning; thence continue S 2002'55'' W 67.92 feet;
thence N 88052'03" W 120.77 feet; thence N 2°02'B3'' E 67.94 feet;
thence S 88°50'18'' E 120.77 feet to the true point of beginning,
also except the West B0 feet of Perry Avenue abutting this except-
ion,
held county use classification for commercial use most comparable to
city use classification of Business-Three (B-B) and should retain such
classification in accordance with its existing use and the Comprehensive
Plan of the City of Bremerton and the recommendations of the Planning
Commission, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that a hearing shall be had
not less than tw° weeks from the date hereof, to-wit on the %/~/~ day
of September, 1966, in the Council Chambers of the Bremerton City Hall,
Bremerton, Washington at the hoUr of 10:00 o'clock A.M., to determine
whether or not the above described real property shall be reclassified
from Residential-One (R-i) to Business-Three (B-B); and the City Clerk
be and he hereby is directed to give notice of said hearing by publicat-
ion of notice thereof in the official city newspaper for a period of
once a week for two weeks preceding said hearing.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
