of the City of Bremerton petitioning for vacation of portions of
that certain alley in Jens Jacobson's Addition to the Clt~ of

West of the West line of Lots 1, 2, 3, ~d ~ of sa~d plat and East
of the East line of Lot 13 of said plat, ~d also that po~tlon of
an alley ~n~n~ East and West in sa~d 9la~ ly~n~ No~th of the No~h
line of Lot 8 ~d South of the South llne of Lot 13, toEethe~ with
~he East 17.5 feet of Lot 12 of said pla~, S~tuate ~n KitsaD Count~,
Washin~on, be vacated, and
~EREAS, sa~d 9etitlone~ represents 100~ of the abuttlnE
owne~shlp upon said alle~ sou~t to be vacated and the public In-
te~est will be served by vacating said alleys.

hea~in~ shall be had on the ~ / ~da~ of SeDtembe~, 1966, in the
0ounoil 0h~be~s of ~he B~eme~ton Cit~ Hall, in the City of B~eme~ton,
at the hou~ of 10:00 o'clock A.M. to dete~ne whethem o~ not the
above desc~ibed alley should be vacated; ~d that the City. Clerk be,
and he hereby is di~cted to give notice of said heaping by posting
notice thereof tn three of the most public places in the City of
B~eme~on and in a conspicuous place upon each of said alleys to
be vacated, a cody of said notice.
