WHEREAS~ the improvements to BA~J0~ PLACE by the construction of a sanitary sewer
and appurtenances, and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith,
has been completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 295,
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been filed with the City
Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
N~ THerEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that V~ednesday~ the 28th day of September, 1966~ at
lO:O0 A.N., P.D.S.T., of said day, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Bremerton
Washington, be and the s~me is hereby fi~ed as the time and place of the hearing
upon said roll and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and auth-
orized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing by publishing notice of
hearing at least ~' ~
, ~w~ times in the official nevespaper, the last publication of which
shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said hearing and shall further,
give notice of said hearing by mailing a notice at least 15 days prior to said
hearing, to the owners or reputed ov~ers of the differen~ properties whose
appear upon said assessment roll, at the address of such owners as shown on the tax
rolls of the County Treasurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roll shall do so by filing
written objections with the City Clerk on or prior to the date set for hearing.
