RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXEOUTION AND DELIV;,RY OF A CONTRACT WITH PUGET SouND
POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY FOR FURNISHING MUNICIPAL MERCURY VAPOR S L'REET LIGHTING SERVICE
WHEREAS, PUGET SOUND POWER AND LIGHT C. OMPANY has offered to furnish for a period
of ten (10) year, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contra~t,
to wit: (See files for contract)
NOW, THEREFOI~E, BE IT.-RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bremerton that a contract
be entered into with Puget Sound Power and Light Company for the furnishing of MUnicipal
Mercury Vapor Street Lighting Service upon the ~;erms above proposed, and that the Mayor be
andhe is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver such contract .on behalf and
in the name of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed to at i,cst
such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of Bremerton.
Duly adopted this 27th day of April, 1966.
