Agreement with the Bremerton Port District to ir~tall a water
distribution system at the Kitsap County Airport, and
WHEREAS the Kitsap County Port Commission has paid
$51,000.00 and will pay an additional $1,000.00 upon comple-
tion of the Job and
~S this project was not contemplated at the time
of the adoption of the 1967 Budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RF~OL~D by the City Council of
the City of Br~merton that ~ accordance with the provisions
of the RCW 35.~.120, excess receipts in the amount of $62,000.
be and they hereby are appropriated to the item "Capital Outlay
4, Pipe and Appurtenances,# in the Wa~er Department, Distribu-
tion Division Budget, for the year 1967. Ail costs, materials
and supplies, including ~elemetering equipment shall be paid
from this appropriation.
