emtere~~ into a contract dated September 1, 1961, for the
purpose of providing garbage disposal services for the resi.-
dents of the City of Bremerton, an~
WHEREAS, there has been a cha~ge in the majority
ownership of Brem-Air Disposa!~ Inc., and
WMEREAS~ the contract requires that the Cit~, give its
Dermlss~on in wrltln~ to an assignment of the sai~ contract, and
W~.EREAS~ Don~l~ ~. Lin~ren~ has o~ the ]~th ~ay of
.lu!y. 1967, posted the necessary performance bond,
NOW THEREFORE~ be it hereby resolved by the City Council
t~at' the C~ty of Bremerton give ~ts ~ermission for assi~nmemt of the
obligations of the above ~eferred to contract to the new owner of
Brem~Air D~sDosal~ Znc. anU a~rees that Donald ~. Lind~ren may
perform the same.
