BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, Kitsap Lake Water District~ acting through
its duly elected Board of Commissioners, has expressed its desire
to have the City of Eremerton assume the responsibility of providing
all necessary water semvice to the District water users~ and
WHEREAS, The City Commissioners believe that the City
wi!I benefit from the assumption of the responsibility of providine
all necessary water service to the District water users;
NOW T~EREFORE, it is herebV resolved bv the City Co~-
ission of Bremerton that the city be authorized~ through its Mayor
and Clerk~ to enter into whatever a~reements may be recommended by the
City Attorney to effectuate the inte~% of this resolution.
ADOPTED by the City Commission of Bremerton this
day of Aulust, 1967.
