WHEREAS, DAVE RICHLEN and others have filed a petition with the
City of Bremerton to vacate Dortions of North Wy~off Avenue in Bremerton,
described as
That portion of North Wy~off Avenue
lying North of the North margin of
26th Street
and
WHEREAS petitioners are the owner ~d~J fee simple of the property
abutting upon the above described street for which vacation is sought, and
WHEREAS petitioners request the Council of the City of Bremerton
to give notice for a hearing as required by law in relation to the
~etition, and
WHEREAS City Ordinance No. 733~ requires that a hearing on petition
to vacate portions of city property shall be held by the City Council
on a date set by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, not more
than ~0 days nor less than 20 days after the date of adoption of said
resolution, now therefore it is hereby
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of. Bremerton that a hearing
on the petition of petitioners to vacate the above described street will
be held before the City Council of the City of Bremerton on the 24th day
of May, 1967, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., daylight saving time, at the' Council
Chambers in the City Hail, Bremerton, Washington, and it is further
RESOLVED by the City CounciI of the City of Bremerton that the
City Clerk shall oost notice for 20 days of the filing and hearing of
said oetition to vacate.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
