WHEREAS, the improvements to _ Shorewood Drive Area by
~ _t_he~ cg_ns_t_r~_ c_t_i_on _o.f. sanitary sewers together '~rith the necess'ary appurtenances.
and the doing of any and al]"'other-work in connection therewith, has been
completed and the assessment roiI for Locai Improvement District No. 3,00 ,
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been flied with the
City Clerk of the City of 8remerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Thursday? , the 16.~h day of _~[~,
19~.9 , at 7:30JP. M., P.~S.T., of said day, at the Council Chambers, City
Haii, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and piace of the hearing upon said roi1 and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and piece of said hearing by pubiishing
notice of hearing at ieaet five times in the officiai newspaper, the last
pubIication of which eh a ii be at Ieast fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearing and shali further, give notice of said hearing bv meliing a notice at
ieaet i5 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roII, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax roils of the County T~easurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assessment roll ~t~a]]. do so bv
fiiing written objections with the City CIerk on or prior to the date set foz,
hearing.
