WHEREAS, the improvements to a portion of Kitsa~ Way by
~ __~h~__ P.oP~r~ 9~i9~n~ Of.l ~ani~ary~ sewe~p_~o~et~r with t~ neces~ a~te~9~_ ~ ~ ~
and the ~oin9 ofany a~d ~i other Wor~in connection therewith, has been
completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. ~2~ ,
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Bremerton,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Thusly ..... , the . 16$hday of J~,,~ ,
19.~6~, at ?:30~.M., P~S.T., of said day, at the Council Chambers, City
Haii, 8remerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and piece of the hearing upon said roi1 and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to 9ire notice of the time and place of said hearing by publishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the last
publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearin9 and shall further, 9ire notice of said hearing by mailing e notice at
least 15 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer.
All persons who may desire to object to said assesm,,ent roll s~s]], do so by
filing written objections with the CitV CIerk on or prior to the date set fo~
hearing.
