No. 2062 with the State Highway Department for the improvement of a por-
tion of Wheaton Way, and
~REAS certain costs were incurred during such construction
which were disallvw~d by the State, including interest during constructicu,
WHEHEAS there was excess cub on hand on January 1, 1968, in the
Street Fund which was not used in balanc~n8 the budget for the ~ar 1968,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that there be and is hereby approp-
riated in accordance with the provisions of ROW 35.33.120 the ~am of
$4,629.38 from surplus cash in the Street Fund as of January 1, 1968,
to the Street budget for the ~ar 1968, under Capital Outlay, for the pur-
pose of reimbursing the Wheaton Way Construction Fund for such items as
were disallowed by the State.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this ~ ~ day of ~~~_~__, 1968.
