Primary State Highway No. 21, (SR 3) Arsenal Way to Chico.
RESOLUTION BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BR~ERTON, KITSAP COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton is the record owner of the following described:
A tract of land in Government Lot 4, Section 9, Towaship 24
North, Range 1 East, W.M., containing 0.05 acre, more or less,
and more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of said Section 9, thence
run South 88°58'16' East along the Southerly line of said
Section 9, a distance of 1227.74 feet; thence from an
initial bearing of North 18°15'59" West along the arc of
a curve having a radius of 1292.5 feet a distance of 124.79
feet to the true point of beginning of this description;
Thence continuing on the arc of said curve a distance of
150 feet; thence South 59~33'09" West a distance of 30 feet,
more or less, to a point which bears North 33~46'20" West
from the true point of beginning; thence South 33°46'20" East
a distance of 151.14 feet, more or less, to the true point
of Beginning.
WHEREAS, in the construction of Primary State Mighway No. 21, (SR 3) Arsenal Way
to Chico, by the State of Washington, Department of Mighways, it is necessary and
advisable for the State of Washington to acquire title to the above described lands
for right of way for said Highway, and
~HEREAS, the said State will convey by Quit Claim Deed certain other lands, now
vested in, but not required for right of way by the said State in the matter of
said Highway, and
I,~EREAS, after due consideration by the Council of the City of Bremerton, it appears
to said Council that it will be in the best interest of both the City of Bremerton
and the State of Washington that said Council convey said lands to the State of
Washington for and in consideration of those certain lands to be conveyed unto the
City of Bremerton.
MOl~~ ~EREFORE, be it hereby resolved by the Council of the City of Bremerton, that
the City of Bremerton, in accordance with R.C.W. 47.12.0~0 and through its Council
direct the Mayor to execute said deed and deliver same to the State of Washington,
Department of Highways.

for and in consideration of the conveyance of other lands, convey and quit claim to
the Sta£e of Washington, the following described real estate and any after acquired
interest therein, situate in Kitsap County, in the State of Washington:
A tract of land in Government Lot 4, Section 9, Township
24 North, Range 1 East, W.M., containing 0.05 acre, more
or less, and more particul.arly described as follows:
