WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1379 was passed by the City
Council of the City of Bremerton on July 3, 1968 approving a
proposed annexation of an area known as Rocky Point and calling
for an election to be held for such proposal, including approval
of a comprehensive plan of the City of Bremerton relating to the
proposed annexed area, and
WHEREAS, it is not necessary to approve the comprehensive
plan by election since the same has been previously approved by
law, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON
that that portion of Resolution No. 1379 calling for
simultaneous adoption by election of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Bremerton relating to the proposed annexed area be
rescinded and that the proposed election not include an election
for approval of the comprehensive plan.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ../~ day of October, 1968.
