Bremerton has recommended to the City Council that the
City of ~remerton vacate portions of Yantic Avenue desc-
ribed as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the ~!orth
margin of Hartford Avenue with the West
margin of Yantic Avenue, thence North along
the West mar.~in of Yantic Avenue, 2,52.13 feet.~
thence East to the East Mar.~in of Yantic Ave-
nue, thence South a~ong the East margin of
Yantic Avenue to the North m~rgin of Hartford
Avenue~ thence Southwesterly to the point of
be~innine.
~.HEREAS: City Ordinance No. 2334 requires that
a hearin~ on petition to vacate portions of City property
shall be held by the City Council on a date set by the
City Council. of the City of Bremerton~ not more than
sixty days (6~) nor less than twenty days (20) after the
date of adoption of said resolution.. NOW, THEREFORE~
BE IT RESOLVE~, BY ~k.~ CITY OF BRE?~ERT0~:
That the City Council of the City of Bremerton
that a hearing on the resolution to vacate the above desc-
ribed street wi.l[ be held before the City Council of the
City of Bremerton on the 27th day of )~arch, 1958, at
