A resolution supporting the 1968 Bremerton School
District Levy.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bre,qterton
recognizes the need for a strong educational progran in order
to insure a progressive future for the greater Bremerton area,
and
WHEREAS, the Council is familiar with the needs of
the Bremerton School District and understands the dire
necessity to pass the 1968 Bremerton School Levy, in order that
the District may continue to provide quality education for its
students, and
WHEREAS, this quality education does presently and
should always complement our great Puget Sound Haval Shipyard,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Bremerton hereby endorses the 1968 Bremerton School
District Levy.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Hayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this ~ day of January, 1968.
