WHEREAS, the Planning Comission of the City of Bremerton has
reconmended that the City of Bremerton vacate the following described
property:
Alley abutting Lots 15 and 16, Block 8, Town of
Bremerton, as per Voltune 2 of Plats, situated in
Kitsap County, Washington.
WHEREAS, City Ordinance No. 2554 requires that a hearing on pe-
tition to vacate portions of City property shall be held by the City Council
on a date set by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, not more than
sixty days (60) nor less than twenty days (20) after the date of adoption
of said resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That the City Council of the City of Bremerton shall hold a hearing
on the resolution to vacate the above described property and that said hear-
ing shall be held before the City Council of the City of Bremerton on the
21st day of January, 1970, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. at the Council Chambers in
the City Hall, Bremerton, Washington, and it is further
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that the
City Clerk shall post notice for twenty (20) days of the filing and hearing
of said petition to vacate, said notice to be posted on the above described
property/i~n~hree (5) conspicuous public places.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
