¥1HERFAS the appropriations to the item "Auto Repairs" and the item
"Repair Parts and Supplies" in the Equipment Rental Fund budget for the
year 1969 are not sufficient to maintain the equipment owned by said
fund for the remainder of the year, and
~iHEREAS the revenue from equipment rental charges will exceed the
estimate in the 1969 budget by approximately $23,000.00,
NOW' THEREFORE BE rT RF~OLVED that, in accordance with the provi-
sions of RCW 35.33.120 excess receipts in the Equipment Rental Fund
be, and they hereby are, appropriated as follows:
Auto Repairs
Repair Parts & Supplies

PASSED AND APPROV~ by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the }~yor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this /~ day of October, 1969.
