~HEREAS, the duty of collecting fees for parking viola-
tions has been transferred from the Traffic Violations Office to the
Treasurer' s Office, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to transfer one person
holding the position of Clerk-Typist II from the Municipal Court to
the Treasurer' s Office,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the position of Clerk-Typist
II, at a monthly salary of $454.00 be, and it hereby is, transferred
from the 1969 Budget of the Municipal Court to the Budget of the
City Treasurer, effective September 16, 1969, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the unexpended appropriation
in the Budget of the Municipal Court for Clerk-Typist II, as of
September 16, 1969, in the amount of $1,624.00 be, and it hereby is
transferred to the Budget of the City Treasurer.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this/~ Z-~ day of September, 1969.
