WHEREAS, the improvements to ~e Almiz-a D~ive A~e~ by
~ ~he~ cpns~tiop_ 9f. ~_ ~~y s~F~_~d ne~es~, a~.~ces
and the doing o~ any and all Other ~°~k in connection therewith, has been
completed and the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No..=~ ,
providing for the assessments for said improvements has been filed with the
City Clerk of the City of 8remerton,
NOW THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED that Wednesday, , the ~ day of Oc~ ,
19 69, at .~0:00 A.M., P.D.S.T., of said day, at the Council Chambers, City
Hail, Bremerton, Washington, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing upon said roll and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEO, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing by publishing
notice of hearing at least five times in the official newspaper, the last
publication of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date of said
hearin9 and shall further, 9ire notice of said hearin9 by mailing a notice at
least 15 days prior to said hearing, to the owners or reputed owners of the
different properties whose names appear upon said assessment roll, at the
address of such owners as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treaeurer.
Ali persons who mav desire to object to said assessment roll sh~]l do so bv
fiiing written objections with the City CIerk on or prior to the date set fo:.
hearing.
