%U~%FAS, by Resolution No. 1384 the City of Bremerton
adopted a comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years,
pursuant to Chapter 195, la~s of 1961, and
W1~REAS, the City of Bremerton is convinced through
~rther stud~ of said program, that it should be amended by adding
%hereto the construction of Marine Drive from Kitsap Way to its
north terminus, and the installation o~ an interceptor storm line
on Kitsap Way from National Avenue to west of Oyster Bay Drive,
and the constrUction of Steer Avenue from 15th Street to 24th
Street, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bremerton, the
legislative body of said City, held a public hearing on the proposed
amendment to said comprehensive plan, at the City Hall of the City
of Bremerton at 10:00 A.M., August 27, 1969 and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written objections to the
proposed az~ndment to the said comprehensive plan, now, therefore,
BE IT ~OLV~], by the City Council of the City of Bre~rton
t?mt the comprehensive plan adopted bY Resolution No. 1384 be amended
by ad~ing thereto the construction of Marine Drive from Kidnap Way to
its north terminus, ~nd the installation of an interceptor storm line
on Kitsap Way from National Avenue to west of Oyster Bay Drive,
and the construction of Snyder Avenue from 15th Street to 24th Street;
and, t.hat said amendment together with said comprehensive plan be,
and t.he sam~ is hereby adopted as the street construction program for
the City of Bremerton for the six year period ending January 1, 1974,
BE IT FURT~u~P. RESOL%qSD, that two copies of said am~ndment
t.o said com~ore, hensive street proo~ram, together with two cOpies of
t~his resolution be filed with t.he Director of }[igh~rays of the
State of

PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and Attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this~~ day of ~'~ 1969.
