A RESOLUTION disclaiming any interest of the
City of Bremerton in and to certain property
located within the City of Bremerton.
WHEREAS, there is certain confusion existing as to
the proper description of Gorst Avenue within the City of
Bremerton and more specifically, the width of a sewer easement
within that city street, and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Bremerton
to clarify its interest in the sewer easement above mentioned
and to disclaim any interest in adjacent land thereto, Now,
Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Bremerton does hereby disclaim any interest in the following
described property:
That portion of Gorst Avenue, as shown on the Qualheim
Hill street map recorded in Volume 682 of Deeds, page
249, under Auditor's File No. 694958 lying westerly
of a line described as follows: Commencing at the
intersection the centerlines of Burwell Street and
Gorst Avenue, as shown on the Qualheim Hill street
map recorded in Volume 682 of Deeds, page 249, under
· Auditor's File No. 694958, said intersection being
the beginning of a curve whose radius point bears
North 83007'58'' West 194.46 feet; thence northwesterly
along the arc of said curve following the centerline
of said Gorst Avenue for a distance of 120.94 feet~
thence continuing along said centerline North 28°46'02TM
West 68.47 feet; thence leaving said centerline and
run South 61°13'58'' West 10.00 feet to the True Point
of Beginning of this description~ thence South
28°46'02'' EaSt 68.47 feet to a point on a curve to
the right whose radius point bears South 61°13'58''
West 184.~6 feet; thence southeasterly along the arc
of said curve 84.46 feet to a point on the arc of
said curve whose radius point bears South 87027'57"
West 188.46 feet; said point being the end of said
line.
