agency co~ittee on outdoor recreation for the purpose of construction of
a municipal golf course, and
~ ~[ER~AS additional funding will be required through the issuance
of revenue bonds and that the issuance of these bonds is dependant
favorable opinion by bond counsel, which opinion is presently being formu-
lated, and
~tI~EAS it is the desire of the City of Bremerton to proceed with
the initial construction phases of the proposed municipal golf course im-
mediately so as to be able to take advantage of favorable weather condi-
tions, and
I~REAS it is necessary that a person skilled in the establishment
of m~nicipal golf courses be associated as a consultant for the city during
all phases of construction and that Kenneth Tyson, of Tacoma, Washington, is
such a person.
NO~, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Bremerton does
authorize the hiring of Kenneth Tyson as a consultant for the purpose of
supervising construction crews and equipment in the i~nediate initial con-
struction phases of the Bremerton ,~kmicipal Golf Course.
PASSM) by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
