tition to vacate portions of City property shall be held by the City Council

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BRDiE~:
That the City Council of the City of Bremerton shall hold a hear-
ing on the resolution to vacate the above described property and that said
hearing shall be held before the City Council of the City of Bremerton on
the 23rd day o£ July, 1969, at 10:00 A.M. at the Council Chambers in the
City [~a11, Bremerton, Washington, and it is £urther
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that the
City ~.lerk shall post notice for t~aenty (20) days of the £iling and hear-
ing of said petition to vacate, said notice to be posted on the above de-
scribed property in three conspicuous public places.
