A RESOLUTION approving the City of BremerTon's
entry into a contracZ for maintenance of sewer
service To Parkwood East.
WHEREAS, The City Council of The City of Bremerzon
is desirous of providing The general public with maximum sewer
service in an effort To protect The health, s~e~y and morals of
The general community, and is further interested in Taking all
reasonable steps toward annexation of Those areas abutting the
City of BremerTon which are adapted To annexation, and

WHEREAS, The developers of Parkwood East des
construct a complete sewer system in Their new development and
desire To grant to ~he City of Bremerton the right of maintenance
and control of. This sewer system, and further desire To annex
The City of Bremerton, Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of ~he City
of BremerTon approve of The City of BremerTon's entry into a con~ract
with L. R. L. Development Company, inc. providing for The City's
agreement To accept maintenance of the sewer system in Parkwood Easi
upon comple~ion of tha~ proje¢~ and providing for certain guarantees
that the residents of Parkwood Eas% will Take all reasonable and
necessary steps ~owa~d annexation of Parkwood East to the City of
Bremerton.
