sums provided in the b~dget for the year 1968, which remain unexpended on
January 20, 1969, shall be aba~-~oned on said date, except the following
which shall remain in full force and effect and shall be held available
during the year 1969 unless hereafter speeifically abandoned:

PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by.the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
