A RESOLUTION of the City Council of' the City of
Bremerton, Washington, approving the Campbell Way
Townhomes Final Plat.
WHEREAS, on May 26, 2004, City Council passed Resolution No. 2927 granting
preliminary approval to the Campbell Way Townhomes PUD to subdivide 0.99 acres of land into
14 individual lots in order to construct 14 townhouses at 1207 Campbell Way; and
WHEREAS, all conditions set forth in the preliminary approval have been met
and final plat approval is requested; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION1. The final plat for Campbell Way Townhomes is hereby approved.
SECTION2. The City Council President is hereby authorized to sign the Mylar.
SECTION3. Severabilitv. If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION& Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
