A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Brcmerton, Washington, approving two State Revolving Fund
Loans (SRF) for Design and Construction of CSO Reduction
Improvements in the Pacific Avenue Basin; and one SRF Loan to
perform an Inflow and Infiltration Study in the Anderson Cove
Basin.
WHEREAS, the Department of Ecology, a Washington State Agency, has
established a State Revolving Fund (SRF) for providing financial assistance for a portion of the
cost for Design and Construction of CSO Reduction Improvements in the Pacific Avenue Basin;
and to perform an Inflow and Infiltration Study in the Anderson Cove Basin; and
WHEREAS, the City o£Bremerton desires to participate in the loans from said
SRFs; and
WHEREAS, a requirement to participate requires a resolution of the governing
body authorizing the City of Bremerton to receive said SRF loans; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIONL The City of Bremerton desires to participate in the SRF Loan
Program.
SECTION2. The City Council of the City of Bremerton does hereby authorize
the City of Bremerton to receive three SRF Loans and to take such other actions as are necessary
and relevant to the SRF Loan Program.
SECTION 3. Severabilitv. If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences o£ this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
