Bremerton, Washington, approving the preliminary plat (file No.
PL03-0017) for "Rainer Vista."
WHEREAS, the City has received a Preliminary Plat application for
"Rainer Vista" from Solid Seven Construction; and
WHEREAS, On July 8, 2003 the City Administrative Hearing Examiner
held a Open Public Hearing on the application pursuant to BMC 21.02.855; and
WHEREAS, the City's Administrative Hearings Examiner has submitted
recommended findings to the City Council; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approve and adopts the findings,
conclusions and recommendation of the Administrative Hearings Examiner attached as Exhibit
"A" and approves the preliminary plat for "Rainer Vista" (file No. PL03-0017) subject to the
proposed conditions contained in Exhibit "A."
SECTIONZ Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
