A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, approving a State Revolving Fund Loan
for Cherry/Trenton CSO Rednction, Trenton Avenue Pump Station
Improvements, Tracyton Beach CSO Reduction, and Anderson
Cove Basin 12.
WHEREAS, the Department of Ecology, a Washington State Agency has
established a State Revolving Fund (SRF) for providing financial assistance for partial
reimbursement for the Design and/or Construction of Cherry/Trenton CSO Reduction
Improvements, Trenton Avenue Pump Station Improvements, Tracyton Beach CSO Reduction
Improvements, and Anderson Cove Basin 12 Facilities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton desires to participate in the loan from said
SRF; and;
WHEREAS, a requirement to participate requires a resolution of the governing
body authorizing the City of Bremerton to receive a SRF loan; NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION1. The City of Bremerton desires to participate in the SRF Loan
Program.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Bremerton does hereby authorize
the City of Bremerton to receive a SRF Loan and to take such other actions as are necessary and
relevant to the SRF Loan Program.
SECTION 3. Severabili~. If any one or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not

affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
